• Entry Deadline: Thursday, February 5, 2026 (earlier submission appreciated)

• Running Order:

Freestyle Solos, Set Solos, Duos, Parent Solos

Full Running Order - Will be announced 1 week prior to the event, when all entries from all schools attending are in and the timings can be estimated.

Important Notes - Set Solo/ Freestyle solo & Duo

• Class Time: Set Solo/Freestylev& Duo routines will be taught in class. 

Championship Qualification Opportunity

Dancers who place between 1st and 5th in their Set Solo and or freestyle Solo performances at this event will qualify to solos in the CUO UK Championships at Winter Gardens, Blackpool, in June 2026 (dates 12th - 14th) Weekender event. 

Hair & Dress Code at the Competition

Hair: Styled Off the face 

Dress code: Own choice of street dance wear 

• Jewellery: Not permitted.

Branded Studio Uniform: All students must wear the studio-branded uniform (at least a T-shirt & hoodie) for classes and events, excluding performances. Visible underwear is not permitted, and merchandise items purchased at the event should not be worn to studio classes.

🎟️ Please collect your entry wristbands from BDPA W/C 1st March. 

 We cannot be responsible for reminding you or checking if you have collected them, so please ensure this is done before the studio closes on Saturday, 7th March.  

You will not be able to enter the venue without a wristband.

Please note that we do not know whether the event will sell out. If you bring additional people with you on the day who have not pre-purchased wristbands, there is a risk that entry wristbands may no longer be available on the door. This would be at your own discretion.

Wristbands purchased on the door are charged at a higher rate.

Children under 3 are counted for room capacity purposes only and will not receive a physical wristband.

The day is split into two sections:

✨ Under 12’s – Morning

✨ 12 & Over – Afternoon

🕺 Under 12’s – Morning

Freestyle Solos:

Arrival time is 8:50am 

Set Solos:

Arrival time is 10:30am

Duos – Anabella & Ella:

Please note Ella is 12, therefore this duo must compete in the Under 14’s category, which is scheduled at the end of the day.

Anabella is competing in different parts of the day. If Anabella does not wish to compete in the duo at the later time, please can you let know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

🔥 12 & Over – Afternoon

Freestyle Solos:

Arrival time is 2:15pm

Set Solos:

Arrival time is 4:00pm

⚠️ Please note:

The event may run up to 30 minutes ahead of schedule. We strongly recommend arriving at least 1 hour before your scheduled performance time.

If you arrive late and miss your section, unfortunately we cannot reinstate the performance. The event will not run more than 30 minutes ahead of the published schedule.

🚗 Parking

Liverpool has its own on-site car park.

There is no charge for parking.

🏆 Leaving the Event

Once your child has completed all of their sections and received their awards (or been knocked out of rounds where applicable), you are welcome to leave.

The venue has its own café with food and drinks available. It can get busy, so I recommend bringing a packed lunch where possible.

Please avoid sending foods or drinks that may stain costumes, such as chocolate, strawberries, jam, fruit juices or fizzy drinks (e.g. Coca-Cola). You get the idea 😊
