How to Book

Camps

To book a camp, please complete the booking form for your chosen camp through our Parent Portal.

• Select the required date(s). A fee will then be added to your account.
• Make payment using the details provided below.
• Once payment has been made, email a copy of your receipt to info@base-dance.com

Please note: Many voucher schemes process payments without including the child’s name as a reference. Sending us your receipt ensures we can correctly match the payment to your account.

Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare (Evening Sessions)

If your childcare voucher provider is not listed in our system, please contact our team and we will register with them as soon as possible.

Payments must be made 7 days before the start of term.

After making payment, please email your receipt and payment reference to info@base-dance.com so we can allocate it correctly to your account.

When using a listed voucher provider, please ensure you select the correct reference from the drop-down menu.

Important – Use of Childcare Vouchers / Tax-Free Childcare TFC25100 - Qualifying childcare:

In line with the Childcare Payments Act 2014 (Sections 2 & 20), vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare can only be used for qualifying childcare.

Qualifying childcare means:

• The childcare is approved and regulated by Ofsted (or the equivalent body in the UK).

• The main reason for the childcare is to enable a parent (or both parents) to work.

Childcare includes supervised activities outside compulsory education, such as: • Pre-school provision

• Breakfast and after-school clubs

• Activity classes (e.g. ballet, dance, football training)

• Childminders or nannies

• Face-to-face or online tuition

By using childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare for Base Dance sessions, you confirm that your claim meets the qualifying childcare requirements under the legislation.

If you are unsure whether your circumstances qualify, please check directly with your voucher provider or HMRC before making payment.
