For this showcase, students will wear:

• Black leotard
• Black shorts
• Hair in a bun
• Face gems (see image)
• Small feather hair clip, securely fastened (see image)
• Ribbon arm bands (purchased in bulk by BDPA)

We will be providing rainbow ribbon arm bands for all dancers to ensure consistency and safety for aerial hoop. 

We feel this is the easiest and most consistent option for parents; however, payment must be made in advance to allow time for ordering and delivery.

Cost of ribbon arm bands: £6.99 per dancer

Parents/Dancers will be asked to choose any feather hair clip colour to match the ribbon arm bands from the colours shown in the example image.

Important order deadline

Ribbon arm bands must be ordered and paid for by Monday 8th June 2026. The full order will be placed on Tuesday, 9th June 2026.

Any payments received after this date will be treated as a late order and will incur an additional £3.99 delivery charge for a separate order.

Please note that no ribbon arm band orders will be placed after 23rd June 2026, as they may not arrive in time for the showcase.

Rehearsal arrival: 5:00 pm (all students must attend)

Student break: 6:00 pm (please bring a snack)

Audience arrival: 6:30 pm

Showcase performance: 7:00 pm (approximately 1 hour)

The rehearsal is essential to help students feel confident and ensure the showcase runs smoothly.

Audience wristbands will be available to purchase from Tuesday, 23rd June 2026, from the front desk.

Each dancer may bring up to 4 guests due to seating capacity. Children may sit on laps, but all guests will require wristbands.

Prices:

Single wristband: £3.50

Family wristband (4 wristbands): £10.00

Refreshments & Snacks will be available to purchase in the cafe.

To help us plan seating and extra staffing, we strongly encourage all audience wristbands to be purchased before the showcase date. Only a limited number will be available on the day, and these will be sold subject to availability.

This helps us prepare properly and ensures the showcase runs smoothly for everyone.

If your child is unable to attend the showcase, please inform their teacher as soon as possible. Every student plays an important role, and advance notice helps us plan effectively.
